But what is even scarier than those pics you found on MySpace, or the 50,00 grand spent on a High School Graduation party, is imagining this generation at work.</p>
<p>We know the story, now days people have 10 jobs before they are 30. Generation Y would rather be a film producer than an investment banker. And on and on it goes.  But lets face it, there will always be the rise of the next generation and the real key is how do companies deal with this new generation.</p>
<p>One key idea is keeping it fresh. This simple idea includes, developing rotation programs, pairing new grads with mentors, developing professional development programs that keeps Generation engaged.</p>
